- Marinated king oyster mushroom , celeriac and mushroom purée (Ve)
- Seafood arancini, sea herb slaw and lobster chilly mayonnaise
- Duck breast and duck liver terrine with homemade chutney and toasted pain d’epice

- Slow roasted and glazed pork belly with chard leeks and brown butter corn
- Cod loin with Lobster bisque, fennel and celeriac
- Roasted miso cauliflower, sweet potato purée and chimichurri
Dessert
- Apple three ways with spiced cookie dough and cardamon ice cream
- Hazelnut and dark chocolate ganache and chartreuse ice cream
- Coconut and rhubarb rice pudding
