Description
We’re excited to work again with Sam Squire, a celebrated food stylist and home economist with over 20 years of experience. Sam has worked with top chefs like Heston Blumenthal, Jamie Oliver, and Mary Berry, and her food styling has been featured in major campaigns with brands like Waitrose and Sainsbury’s.
From TV shows like The Great British Menu to live events and film projects, Sam’s expertise is unmatched in blending creativity with culinary precision.
Sam will team up with Rémi, to combine their skills and create a stunning three-course menu that’s both visually beautiful and full of flavour.
To help us avoid food waste, we kindly ask that you pre-order your menu choices a few days in advance. A full final menu (subject to slight change as we work with fresh, seasonal ingredients) will be sent to you so you can make your selections.
You will be required to bring a secret Santa present up to £5 that we will all exchange on the night.

- Wild mushroom tortellini with a creamy Madeira sauce and shaved truffle

- Venison loin stuffed with black pudding served with a red wine sauce
- Lightly spiced monkfish served with a butterbean and pumpkin puré
- Stuffed baby aubergine with a rich tomato sauce
All main are served with vegetable and potatoes
