Starter
  • Marinated king oyster mushroom , celeriac and mushroom purée (Ve)
  • Seafood arancini, sea herb slaw and lobster chilly mayonnaise
  • Duck breast and duck liver terrine with homemade chutney and toasted pain d’epice
Main
  •  Slow roasted and glazed pork belly with chard leeks and brown butter corn
  • Cod loin with Lobster bisque, fennel and celeriac
  • Roasted miso cauliflower, sweet potato purée and chimichurri

  • Apple three ways with spiced cookie dough and cardamon ice cream
  • Hazelnut and dark chocolate ganache and chartreuse ice cream
