Together, we’ll discover how mushrooms transform waste into life, how to cultivate them sustainably at home, and how they can nourish both body and mind.

Who is Fungalist by nature?
Carlos is a citizen scientist who started a mycology journey 12 years ago and never stopped growing mycelium ever since.
From reusing candy boxes, locally collected in the city of Copenhagen and turning them into mushroom growing kits, to introducing new ways of income to Christmas trees farmers by introducing mushrooms in the soil.
Now here in Birmingham willing to share his new product that makes growing mushrooms at home easier than never before .
